  To ensure the quality of service provided at the 2013 Ultimate Cup, the tournament has appointed Outer Zone Sports as the official hospitality service of the tournament. All teams are obligated to book any hotel reservations through Outer Zone Sports to ensure their place in the 2013 Ultimate Cup Tournament. Any teams that do not comply will risk forfeiting their acceptance.
By using Outer Zone Sports as our booking service, The Ultimate Cup can offer an "Act of God" clause. This states that, "Should this event be cancelled for reasons beyond the tournament director's control (including weather) all outstanding reservations will be released at no charge to the participants."
